Our principal has global experience gathered over 40 plus years in floating and bottom supported projects. Involvement ranges from concept or troubleshooting to final commissioning/fine tuning. Unlike many Engineers we are not afraid to go hands on. This gives us the best understanding of the client needs.
Our past work has taken us to USA, Australia, New Zealand, Canada, UK, France, Sweden, Norway, Netherlands, Congo, Singapore, Malaysia, Brunei, Thailand and Indonesia.
Projects range from entirely new designs to upgrades of older designs.
Designs are regularly produced and generally involve certification Class Societies inc. ABS, Lloyds, DNV, Bureau Veritas and compliance with codes such as API, AWS, CISC, SAE, AISC and AS.
Products include Slew Drive retro fits, Secondary Hoist Brakes, Pump and Motor Kits, flame cut gearing, plastic gearing, intrinsic safe hydraulic controls.
We are weight conscious! Our pedestal designs build easy and have an extremely high strength to weight ratio.
We are corrosion conscious! Our designs strive to mitigate corrosion. No pockets, extensive use of plastics, composites and stainless steels. Consideration of ease of grit blasting and painting throughout the design process.
